Lovelady ISD Meet the Teacher Night at the Elementary Middle School and the JH/HS School

You may bring all school supplies with you and place them in your child’s locker. This makes the first day of school easier for you and your child. We look forward to a great year. Class lists will be posted by noon on August 22, 2016

This sell will run from August 1 - August 25, 2016
All items purchased will be available for pick up at the September 9, 2016 home football game. Order by text to (936)204-0952, or email to hholsey@live.com. Once your order is received you will be sent an invoice by email that can be paid by credit card, debit card, or paypal. Invoices can also be mailed if you prefer, items not paid for by August 25, 2016 will not be ordered.

Lovelady ISD will be registering new students (PK – 12) to the district beginning August 1, 2016. The hours will be from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Please note we will be closed on Friday August 5th and Friday August 12th. Listed below are the documents you will need to register your child.
Parents must provide proof of residency in the Lovelady Independent School District. An Affidavit of Residency must be signed and notarized in order to receive a registration packet. This can be done in the office at the time of registration.
Parents/Guardian will need to have the following proof of residency.
- Driver’s License or DPS photo ID (this must reflect the 911/physical address within Lovelady ISD)
Also, two of the following proofs of residency (additional information may be requested).
- Tax Statement
- Voter’s Registration Card
- Utility Bill (Current showing usage)
- Cable Bill (Current)
- Property Lease Agreement with the 911/physical address
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
- The biological parent(s) must register the student or provide legal documentation of guardianship
- Copy of the Parent’s Drivers License or official DPS photo ID
- Certified birth certificate
- Copy of the current immunization record
- Copy of the student’s Social Security card
All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade athletes need to have a physical performed by a physician. Proof will be required: for more information, contact your coaches.
