Category 2- The district is seeking pricing for the following materials only; no installation pricing is needed.

ALL ITEMS LISTED ARE EQUAL OR EQUIVALENT TO.
For all vendors submitting a bid for equipment on this RFP that the vendor deems is equal or equivalent to the equipment listed on this RFP, the vendor shall submit evidence of
equivalency in the proposal. The applicant will make a final determination of equivalence and compatibility with existing equipment.
Pricing is for materials only, no installation pricing is needed.
Provide Pricing for the following:

Qty of 5 Ubiquiti Enterprise Switches, 48 POE
Minimum Switch Specs: Total non-blocking throughput 160 Gps, Switching Capacity 320 Gbps, Forwarding rate 238 mpps, total available POE 720w, Ports (48) PoE/PoE+
Qty of 3 Ubiquiti Hi-Capacity Aggregation Switches
Minimum Specs: Total non-blocking throughput 380Gbps, Switching Capacity, 760 Gbps, Forwarding rate 565.44
Qty of 1 Transceiver SFP+ to RJ45 to plug ISP into main aggregation switch, needs to be compatible with Aggregation Switch ports
Qty of 1 minimum 6-foot patch cable

Qty of 8 Switch Maintenance Functionality and Tech Support License (BMIC LIC) for a 1-year term, if additional cost is required for software upgrades and patches, including bug fixes and security patches, as well as technical support for switches in this RFP.
Vendors must provide the 1-year annual cost for 24/365 maintenance of the switches, to include qty of switches, # of total hours per year and rate per hour for the year for all maintenance functionality support contracts.
Note that if the RTU and Support licenses are combined/mixed, vendor will be asked to itemize the price for each.
Qty of 1 Netgate 8300 running Pfsense+ Firewall Appliance
Minimum Firewall Specs: 36 Gbps of L3 routing, 26 Gbps of firewall, and 14 Gbps of VPN throughput. Multi-WAN support.
Qty of 1 Firewall RTU License (IC LIC) for a 1-year term, if required
Qty of 1 Firewall Maintenance Functionality and Tech Support License (BMIC LIC) for a 1-year term, if additional cost is required for software upgrades and patches, including bug fixes and security patches, as well as technical support.

School Safety Standards

1. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Lovelady Independent School District of Houston County, Texas is accepting proposals to meet the school safety standards.

• Furnish and installation of 3M Clear Safety and Security Film for doors and windows.
• Furnish and in install door access and controls.
• Install new and modify existing chain-link fencing.

2. SCHEDULE FOR PROPOSAL RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: All proposals must be delivered in person or by United States mail. Proposal received by facsimile, telegraph or other electronic means are invalid and will not receive consideration. All documents are required to be submitted as set forth in the Instructions to Proposers and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled as follows:

Lovelady ISD has used playground equipment for sale. 

This piece of equipment has been deemed unsafe for school use.    For further information and/or to schedule a time to look at the equipment you may contact the Lovelady ISD Administration office at 936-636-7616 extension 2201 or by email at wtullos@loveladyisd.net.  Sealed bids will be accepted at the Lovelady ISD Administration Office through May 9, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.   All sealed bids will be opened at the Lovelady ISD board meeting on May, 15^th and awarded to the highest bidder.  Moving the equipment should defiantly be considered in the bid and will be the sole responsibility of the awarded bidder.  The equipment must be moved from Lovelady ISD no later than June 15, 2023.   

(Disclaimer- Should the highest bid be less than the current scrap value the district reserves the right to sell the equipment for scrap value to ensure the optimum return for the district.)
