In order for your child to qualify for free or reduced-price meals, they must qualify through the application process.
It is very important that you fully complete the application and return it to your child's campus or email it to rstone@loveladyisd.net
If you receive a letter stating your child qualified through the direct certification process, you are NOT required to complete the lunch application.
We appreciate your cooperation and hope you have a great school year.

SCHOOL HEALTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE:
The SHAC committee is comprised of appointed administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, school nurses, parents, students, and community people. If anyone is interested in severing on the SHAC committee, please contact Wendy Tullos, Superintendent. The committee meets quarterly to promote and collaborate ideas for maintaining and educating the importance of health and wellness for the district. Each campus has different activities for the students and staff.
Through our Wellness Policy, LISD plays an important role in communicating the connection between health and learning. We believe this connection reinforces the health knowledge and skills children need to be healthy for a lifetime. Each spring an assessment of the activities will be available and we encourage your participation in helping us build a “ healthier and stronger future” for our students and staff.
