Lovelady ISD New Student Registration

2017-2018

Lovelady ISD will be registering new students (PK – 12) to the district beginning August 7, 2017.

The hours will be from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. We are closed each Friday during the summer.

You must live within the Lovelady Independent School District to attend school in Lovelady. Parents/Guardian of all students registering must provide proof of residency before registration can begin. We also require an Affidavit of Residency. The Affidavit must be signed and notarized along with the documents listed below in order to receive a registration packet. This Affidavit is on our website at www.loveladyisd.net . You may also do the Affidavit in the office at the time of registration.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

  • Driver’s License or DPS photo ID (this must reflect the 911/physical address within Lovelady ISD)
Also, two of the following proofs of residency (additional information may be requested).
  • Tax Statement
  • Voter’s Registration Card
  • Utility Bill (Current showing usage)
  • Cable Bill (Current)
  • Property Lease Agreement with the 911/physical address

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:

           1. The biological parent(s) must register the student or provide legal documentation of guardianship

2. Copy of the Parent’s Drivers License or official DPS photo ID

3. Certified birth certificate

4. Copy of the current immunization record

5. Copy of the student’s Social Security card
