UIL Region 21 Marching Competition

The Lovelady Band competed at the UIL Region 21 Marching competition on Saturday, October 14, 2023, and received a Division 2 Rating of Excellent!

Quote from Mr. Garcia our band Director: " We were the first band of the whole day to perform and were able to improve our ratings this year! Last year was our first time to compete in several years and we received an average rating of 3. This year, we received an Excellent rating of 2! I could not be more proud of this band! I'd like to say thank you to all the admin, coaches, band boosters, teachers, parents, my family, and the community for making this all possible. We will continue to work on improving in preparation for next year's UIL competition. If anyone wants to see our show live, don't forget to catch us during halftime of the football games on Fridays!"
