Athletic and Band Physicals

Physicals for all Band Students going into 7th through 11th grade, along with Athletic Students going into 7th, 9th, and 11th grade will be held July 25th. Physicals for female students will begin at 4:30 pm, in the High School Gym, and boys will begin at 5:30 pm in the weight room. The cost of the physical is $15.00, CASH ONLY. All band students must now have a physical prior to August 1st in order to participate. If you want to take your student to their personal physician, you may pick up physical forms in the front office
